Most Agile frameworks tell us that it’s the Scrum Master / Iteration Manager / Team Coach who removes blockages, but who OWNS that blockage?
My message to teams is that, while you have your Scrum Master, their role is to assist to unblock, but the team still owns that blockage – in other words, just because you handed something off, doesn’t mean that you no longer need to concern yourself with it.
it’s your problem, not theirs
Anything that stops you getting things done (blockages) is your problem. You can ask for help, and the Scrum Master will likely take that on, but it’s still your problem. Don’t blame the Scrum Master if the problem still remains, it’s your problem, not theirs.
