Who this is for
This is for Australian and New Zealand Scrum Masters who work closely with teams and who take team effectiveness, delivery pressure, communication, and the human side of the role seriously.
Some come because they are new to the role and want to begin well. Others come because they are already in the role and want experienced help thinking through real situations with more clarity and confidence.

Cut through the complexity and see what really matters, so you can make clear, aligned decisions
Build the structure your team needs to work more smoothly, stay aligned, and deliver more consistently
Lead with assurance, communicate with impact, and create lasting results for your team and organisation
About Steve Peacocke
The experience behind the advice
I work with Scrum Masters at team level, but the advice I bring comes from many years of leading, teaching, and supporting people across a wide range of environments.
I have helped more than 2,000 people in recent years, lectured at 3 universities across 2 countries, led teams in 6 countries, and worked my own way from technical lead to CIO before choosing to stay close to the real work of teams.
So when a Scrum Master wants help thinking through credibility, delivery pressure, team dynamics, or what to do next, I am not answering from theory alone. I am drawing on experience built in real teams, real organisations, and real leadership situations.
