Coming from a software development background as a Senior Developer who was gained the New Zealand Software Awards. I quickly rose to Software Development Manager in charge of teams in Australasia, Asia, and Europe. I created the DragonsArm company in 2012 to consult to many organisations, working with teams globally.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of being invited as a regular guest lecturer at 3 international universities, training and certifying more than 2,000 professionals, guiding multiple teams, seemingly stuck on the gerbil wheel of hard work and high pressure, but getting nowhere into becoming awesome teams delivering more than 200% increase in productivity and great team dynamics, and facilitating aggressive multi-party meetings to working together to deliver solid results and agreements.

To give back to the community, I spent more than two years in weekly visits to New Zealand’s maximum security prison giving talks to prisoners. I’ve also spoken to Agile conferences, being the opening speaker to one.

I also authored the Amazon best-seller “Agile Coach to Chief Agility Officer”.
